The water, by the beach, is shallow. There are weeds, but they are not thick. St least in June. There is a new mini golf course in Longville. A short drive from the house. They serve snacks as well. We were there for the weekend and all went well. The kids enjoyed the hammock. We brought another, the kids kept occupied...

"We loved this cabin, by the lake. It is beautifully setup inside and out. The kids loved staying up in the loft and they caught a bunch of sunfish right off the dock as well as a variety of others out on the lake. The pontoon and canoe were great. We will definitely make a return trip. Great family getaway!"

"Lots of space for just the two of us, but we had a nice chill weekend! We played some games (provided at the house), watched some movies, spent time outdoors, and ate some good food.
