"Great stay, location is very central and the staff was lovely"

"We had a wonderful time and the facility was beautiful. This is a minor issue for most but for me it is Major. The fragrance used in the facility is way too strong, especially near the elevators. I know many people like heavy fragrance and sense but for some of us with allergies it can be torture on our sinuses. Hilton seems to use the fragrance at many of their locations. This weekend we stayed at the Hilton Woodland Hills and San Francisco Financial District."

"Such a nicely done hotel, not overdone or gaudy either! Staff were all super professional and friendly. Cleanliness was excellent, location great, rooms were thoughtful. I would take off a 1/4 star for the hotel's food as the room service meal was not great and forgot some details. Would highly recommend this hotel overall and would happily stay again."

"The hotel's location was very convenient. The hotel itself looked outdated. The bed in the room turned out to be small and not particularly comfortable. The television did not work. The carpeting in the room was old and dirty. The hotel staff was not very welcoming and showed absolutely no concern for the level of customer service."

"Parking was expensive. It is SF. It was nice that the Chancellor has a deal with the parking garrage to offer discounted rates. We left our car at the garage for two nights. The car was safe."
