“Only the main house is usable, the shed (a separate room with a double and bunk beds) smells like a subtropical forest has grown inside. The main house it's okay for the price, nothing fancy, good for three people, washroom kitchen and two rooms. The TV needs and upgrade, they have a 25 years old 20 inches LG Tv (probably the first smart tv ever) apps wont work anymore, even youtube is almost unusable ( the 5mbps wifi conection wont help as well). Overall won't stay there for more than a couple……

“Very clean and well equipped with toys and games. Beautiful property to relax at. Our kids loved the zip line and kayaking in the lake!”

“It was a great stay”

“Great location. facilities, nice services.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. The yurt is cozy and well set up.20 minutes outside of Almonte. Honestly such a cool spot. If you're looking for somewhere to get out of the city for a bit without roughing it, 100% worth it.”

“Very nice quiet spot. Clean”

“Great stay. Comfortable and clean. The host has put a lot of thought into the details and making sure you have everything you need. The car port was especially handy as we arrived in the rain.Really nice to have so many different places to sit and enjoy inside and out. We did take some casts from the dock and swam from the beach. We would definitely stay again.”

“We brought three grandchildren to the cottage and had a wonderful time! The kids had endless fun on the sandy beach. The cottage was spacious with room for the children to play. The unobstructed view of the Ottawa River in the main room was a real highlight. We would look forward to returning!”
