L'Alcôve Es handelt sich wirklich um eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Rennes. Um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkundigen Super. Es gibt aber auch einige Nachteile die man wissen sollte. Im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gibt es ein sehr schönen alten Parket Boden. Der ist aber extrem laut, wenn jemand Nachts auf Toilette geht wachen alle die schlafen auf. Außerdem ist das Parket recht rutschig und die vorhandenen Teppiche sind alle ohne eine Gummimatte als Unterlage, und daher extrem rutschig und es besteht Sturz Gefahr. Die Straße ist eigentlich wenig befahren und recht ruhig. Wenn aber Morgens die LKWs kommen und die Müllabfuhr ist das wirklich sehr laut. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen! Die Wohnung ist außer dem wirklich kleinen Bad sehr geräumig und sauber. Aufgrund der Nachteile ist die Wohnung meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.

L'Alcôve "Super. Nous avons été très satisfaites du logement. Très bien placé, calme, spacieux et impeccable. La décoration est très agréable et le thé et le café mis à disposition sont appréciables. Juste quelques petits bémols : le fenêtres sont extrêmement mal isolées, ce qui oblige à monter le chauffage c'est dommage. Et le parquet (absolument sublime)fait énormément de bruit, impossible de ne pas réveiller les autres quand on se déplace. Mais je comprend que cela ne soit pas simple de rénover dans un ancien appartement, tout en gardant le cachet."

L'Alcôve Great location, right in the city centre, flat is spacious and clean, with all the essentials that you would need. The decor is spot on, and the beds are extremely comfy! Lockbox check in could potentially be easier, however communication was very good, and organising a key collection at the property was easy. Would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit.
