「This VRBO was great for us for our purposes. We were in town visiting our grandkids who live nearby. The VRBO was big enough, with enough beds, that we were able to have them stay with us for a couples nights. The best part of this VRBO is the location. Walking distance to all the very nice restaurants and stores in downtown Renton. We found this VRBO to be clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The place was very quiet at night. There was a nice table with plenty of seating...

「Overall we very much enjoyed the house however a couple of the nights there was construction across the street so the water would occasionally stop working. I understand this is not the fault of the owner but it was quite loud at night as well with the drilling. The house itself was very nice but be aware the ice maker does not work so pack some with you! The host was very responsive and ready to help as much as he could. Aside from those couple issues I’d say the house was very accommodating...

「We made it all the way to Seattle and the host claimed it was doubled booked. Meanwhile it was booked a few weeks ahead of time. The host could’ve reached out to us way before us arriving to make preparations on a refund. So unprofessional and last minute. Instead of her letting us know someone was in her place she text I’m looking forward to hosting you. Bad business I would never book here or suggest this host to anyone.」
