The Biltmore Los Angeles

"Second time staying here. I love the history and historic featuresof the building. Are the rooms dated? Yes. Last time I stayed it wasn't so hot, this time it was another story. The heating/cooling units when running sound like the engine of a trawler boat. The service however is TOP notch, old school, how it's supposed to be. The service is FIVE STARS!"

"Loved how helpful the staff was and it was nice to have the free shuttle to and from the park to the hotel. Housekeeping was very nice and when asked for extra items, they did not hesitate to give it to us. They have excellent room service, a must when staying here. Valet was very professional and fast. Over all my family and I loved this place and we will be back!!"

"We got back to the Sheraton around 4 pm and housekeeping had not cleaned the room nor left towels for the next morning. I called housekeeping and asked them to leave towels and I had to call another time after dinner before they delivered towels."

"My 1st time staying Hilton Hotel wasn’t so bad. Didn’t get a chance to look around or checking area coz I was only there for short period of time.The shuttle bus was really nice didn’t have to worry getting to LA airport. I recommend Hilton hotel if you ever like to stay."
