The hotel has an excellent location, so the beach, the old town and the restaurants were all within walking distance. Unfortunately, we didn't like the hotel's facilities, as many things are in need of renovation and weren't always cleaned properly. Nevertheless, we would recommend the hotel to travelers who want to reach everything on foot and only want to use the hotel for sleeping purposes.

Clean room , helpful staff , roof top pool excellent views , but access issues due to lack of handrails on the wide steps into hotel , about 8 , as well as no ramp , plus no handrails for the steps from indoor breakfast room to outdoor courtyard area , which is a pleasant area to have breakfast . Loud music , radio , played by pool bar irritating , unnecessary , most people arround pool wearing ear pods ! for some reason . Rooms at front of hotel lot of street noise due to being opposite a parcel delivery centre

Gentle people at the reception desk but old hotel

The people at the reception desk are nice and gentle but the hotel is very bad conserved and need a restore (see pictures). I paid 475 euros for 3 nights so I expected MORE (I was also at Chania Chora Sfakion and Heraklion and the Hotels were nice and prives OK).

The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet

Excellent staff service and big size of room, but should be improved significantly the cleaning: old stains in many parts of the furniture room and dust, also in the bath (shower top). What a pity because the venue is really awesome!

God central beliggenhed - ikke et 4 * hotel - trænger til renovering. Buffet OK, men så heller ikke bedre. Anbefal at have bil (dog svært med parkering) - stranden tæt på er der solsenge i rækkevis - kør i stedet væk til mindre turistede steder.

Hotel vieillot qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, la douche pendouillait, les fixations étant cassées. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. Piscine agréable sur le toit mais vieille aussi. Le tout nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bien situé.

Très déçu pour un hôtel quatre étoiles !!!!

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses quatre étoiles. Très vieillissant et assez austère. Piscine agréable même sur une terrasse vieillotte à l’image de l hôtel. Par contre très bien situé près la vieille ville animée .
