Amazing hotel for the price. Good location near a lot of restaurants, shops and the harbour. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Small pool to enjoy with staff ensuring that people don’t leave towels first thing then disappear for hours. 👍 Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location in Rethymno, close to the Fortezza and Venetian Harbour. Easy walking to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Parking and public transportation readily available. Exceptional buffet breakfast. The Arbona Restaurant attached to the hotel provides great meals and service. Hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating. Pool, grounds and common areas were maintained well and kept very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property right on the harbor. Staff very helpful, good breakfast, close to everything in the old town. Only annoyances were no hair dryer in the small bathroom & the bed was rather hard.

The hotel is close to the town and overlooks the harbour. Parking is a problem you have to pay by the hour in the harbour car park. The rooms are very good and the breakfast is good. The staff are very good

Great upmarket hotel in a perfect location.

Great location in a quiet bit of town. Only a few minutes walk from the old harbour. Breakfast was excellent with great staff and choice of food.

This is a great, modern hotel with an oceanfront view. More like a 5 star hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast and located in the old town. Close to restaurants and shops and beach. Best place to stay in Rethymno in my opinion.

Great hotel at the end of a multi stay trip. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff friendly and attentive. We found it good value, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a 4 night stay there and it was perfect for exploring the wider area but also being able to easily wander round the Old Town. Parking is conveniently nearby and free if you don’t mind being on the street

Rooms were clean and quiet and well appointed. Included breakfast was wonderful and had lots of variety, both hot and cold options. The old fortress and old town shopping and restaurants are very closeby. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Crete in future.

Great location for exploring Rethymno. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk and easy to find. It would have been nice to have some more loungers around the pool as we tended to struggle to get one after breakfast.

Excellent all round apart from the bedroom floor and balcony. This needed to be dusted more regularly. If we ventured that way again we would stay there again as it was close to the Old Town and restaurants.

Great Hotel to stay in Rethymnon Old Town.

Great hotel in a good location on the edge og the old town, 2 mins from the Venetian Port. I was only B&B so I can only comment on the breakfasts but they where really good. Very nice Apart Room, bedroom and living area and nice to have a fridge for milk and beers. If you are visiting Rethymno its a great place to stay and Rethymno itself is lovely.

I loved this hotel, and would absolutely stay again. I loved having a balcony and being able to sleep with the doors to it open. Rethymno is a very safe place and the hotel is in an excellent location - everything is very walkable and the hotel makes a great base. The staff were lovely and friendly :)

Positive experience! Would recommend.

Love the location and will absolutely come back. The restaurant (dinner) is excellent, very nice food and the view is stunning. The staff at the hotel is attentative and very nice. Breakfast is great. Comfortable bed. The only down side would be the pool, not very clean water. Probably to much people. Its better than not having a pool and the size is decent.
