Exterior Layout
While outdoors, the terrace is complemented by a great private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool 8x4 m2 and 1.20 - 1.50 meters deep, with a special children’s heated compartment 1.50x1.50 and 0.50 meters deep. A wonderful sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a lovely lawn covered area with a playground, ideal for the kids to play, are there to welcome you so as the whole family can enjoy the games, the sun and the refreshing countryside air! Last but not least, barbecue facilities are available as well as an outdoor dining area! Don’t miss the opportunity to try al fresco dining and share your homemade meals with your loved ones! To makes things even better, for those who love sports amenities, a ping pong table, a football table and a pool table will also be at your disposal! The terrace is surrounded by trees and the sound of birds will compose the summer song you will remember forever!

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 25°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 35€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain, the pool heating shall not operate. The pool also features a pool cover.

Interior Layout
Built with traditional style & care, Villa Elmyra provides a relaxing base for your stay, promising a dream holiday, comfort and hospitality! The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, covering 100 m2 in total and all things considered, either you are a multi-child family or a group of friends, will offer you an unforgettable holiday experience! Enjoy enhanced 250Mbps internet, making this retreat perfect for remote work and seamless connectivity.

On the ground level of Villa Elmyra guests will find the beautiful living room with and a 43’’ flat screen TV. This area has direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, with all kitchen facilities, which is totally functional, if you want to have your meals at home! This floor also boats the first bedroom of the Villa, featuring two single beds that can be joined and form a double bed. The bedroom also boasts an impressive fireplace and a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin!

Following the stairs up to first floor, guests can find the other two bedrooms of the Villa, one of which features one double bed, while the last one offers two single beds (which can be joined together if wished) . Both of the bedrooms have direct access to each balcony, boasting amazing views from the surrounding countryside area and the spectacular Cretan sea! All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the wooden furniture add a rustic touch and ambience! A bathroom with a bathtub is also ready to welcome you ..ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring! Last but not least, all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature a 32” flat screen each.

There are plenty of ways to spend your time whilst on holiday to Gerani, Rethymno. You will find the beautiful beach within just 600 meters walking distance away and the warm weather will provide the opportunity for swimming, boating, diving and fishing. Of course, sunning on the beach with a cold drink and a good book is another option! The village has lovely taverna where you can enjoy a tasty meal, a super market for your daily needs, a bakery, cafes, pharmacy, pastry shop & a grocery store within walking distance.

There are some beautiful spots for hiking, and horseback riding and cycling are also popular in the area. Those who enjoy shopping will find plenty of places to spend a day. From modern retailers to shops, there are plenty of options in and near Gerani. The small swimming-bay beneath the village has a beach, a tiny fishing-port, a small church and a popular taverna.

Just 6 km west, the bridge over Petres river marks the easternmost edge of one of Crete's most beautiful sandy dream beaches. It spreads over a distance of 11 km along the Almirou Bay via Kavros till Georgioupolis and gives home to all kinds of water sports, and a dive centre.
