Adjacent is the indoor dining area, comfortably seating ten guests, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a sleek kitchen island design and modern amenities including a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, and an American-style double door fridge. Floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly connect the interior with the outdoor pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A convenient laundry room with washer-dryer facilities is also found on this floor.
On this level, there are three inviting bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be transformed into 2 Single beds (0.90 x 2.00) by putting a mattress topper upon request, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, access to the pool, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the back yard.

Ascending the staircase to the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are found:

The exterior of Manza Villa covers 1,000 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 70 sq.m. ecological salt water swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access, including a child pool, 0.50m deep. This pool uses salt water electrolysis and can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.

The villa is located in the living area of Sfakaki, a short drive from Rethymno town (8.5 km). The neighboring resorts of Adelianos Kampos and Platanias provide everything necessary for a delightful beachside holiday.
