“My family's stay at the cottage was wonderful. The home was spacious, clean and mostly comfortable (although the beds were a little bit too firm for my family). The mountain and sea views were fantastic! Herbert was a kind and gracious host and was always available in case we had any concerns. He was delightful to talk to and he has a wealth of knowledge about the area. Although we were on a pre-planned schedule, he was always willing to offer a tour of surrounding areas. All in all, the stay……

“The house is very conveniently situated in a fairly calm section of the Old Town. Everything you need is in walking distance. The furnishings are simple and functional, and the roof terrace has a nice view of the harbor (in the distance over the roofs all around). A great place to relax when it's not too hot out. The host, Katja, is very accessible and helpful. We would not hesitate to return. There are, however, a few small inconveniences to be aware of:- the stairways are very steep and……

“A beautiful property in the middle of a quiet village! After a delayed flight and late arrival they patiently guided us to Askoutsi. We did not expect to find it so spacious with everything you would need and so beautifully renovated. Even juices, sandwich supplies and fruits waiting for us. Valia was wonderful and accommodated any of our needs or questions. Her goodbye surprise of delicious mizithra sweet rolls was so thoughtful! We especially enjoyed meals and the quiet nights of stars and……

“Not a good situation or experience with this property. We arrived at the local beach (beautiful) and enjoyed our day. At 4 pm I messaged the host to see if we could check in(check in after 4 pm on listing) and was told property not ready and to come at 6 pm and we said ok. We arrived at 6 pm to the property to find property in disarray and place absolutely nothing like posted pictures(pictures likely 5 years old). Host frantically trying to clean space with wipes and nothing ready. Beds unmade……
