“ATTENTION selon l'annonce il y a un bain à remous dans chaque chambre et un spa privatif, or j'étais venu pour ça et me détendre cependant le sauna est à 25 € pour 30 minutes et il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Donc au final j'ai voulu m'excentrer pour profiter de ces services mais nous nous ne retrouvons pas dans un spa mais dans un logement classique...
Personnel très accueillant”

“The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me.
The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)……

“We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.”

“Firstly arrived and there is rubbish all over the outside. Checked in to have to pay a 150 pound deposit which we didn’t know about. Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. The toilet was not very stable the room smelt damp my parents room the light switch was hanging off open wires showing. “The location is not very convenient, as there are not many places within walking distance. To get to the city center or the beach, you need to drive. However, the hotel has an underground parking garage, which makes it suitable for guests traveling by car. The bathroom inside the room was quite dark, with only a light above the mirror, so the overall lighting was not sufficient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming”
