Get ready to Max Send Revelstoke living, nestled into the Mackenzie Village Selkirks. This thoughtfully designed ground-floor home offers ski storage, underground parking, and access to a shared rooftop patio. Mackenzie Village is home to a lively mix of local businesses, restaurants, and boutiques such as The Den Pub, Karve Fitness, Arc Liquor, and more. Across the street, Cabot Revelstoke golf is set to open in late 2026.

The impressive sectional couch invites you into the living space, finished with a 65inch Samsung Frame Smart TV. Step outside onto the private patio to take in beautiful mountain views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and bakeware, making home-cooked meals effortless. A drip coffee maker allows you to brew delicious coffees with ease. Gather around the dining nook or enjoy casual meals at the generous kitchen counter bar stools.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.

Patio space: The patio space is not yet pictured in the listing. It features a private hot tub for guests to enjoy.

Rooftop Patio (Shared Space): The rooftop features two 14 person hot tubs, a communal BBQ, several fire pits with seating areas, and 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains.

Parking: Free parking includes two covered spots in the underground garage. Additional cars must park in public lots nearby. Please be aware of the following parking information before booking.

- The underground parking garage has a clearance of 2.5 meters (8.2 ft)

- Outdoor lot is 2 hour maximum for retail use only

- Street parking is on a first come first served basis only

- Additional vehicle parking is available in public lots around town

*The resort has a shuttle just a 5 minute walk away that takes you directly to Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

Winter Sports - Revelstoke is the longest ski vertical in North America and a winter sports paradise with ample opportunities for snowmobiling, skiing, and snowboarding. Whether you`re hitting the slopes at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, or experiencing helicopter skiing, adventure awaits around every corner.

Mountain Biking - The Monashee and Selkirk mountain ranges offer a variety of mountain biking trails, ensuring you can enjoy the breathtaking heights of the mountains year-round.

Around Town - Revelstoke has plenty to offer around town, from a lively downtown area filled with shopping and dining options to museums, breweries, and other attractions that make your visit memorable.

National Parks - Revelstoke places you close to two iconic National Parks. Glacier National Park is a year-round destination for camping and hiking, while Mount Revelstoke National Park features the Meadows in the Sky Parkway, where you can drive from the valley to the alpine, with trails for every level of hiker.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the local authorities or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
