"Expect exactly what you see!!! This place is wonderful. Everything you need is within. Lakeview from the living room, kitchen window, dining room, and porch. The fire pit and dock views are even more magical. Five days was not enough. We could not have been happier."

"The room was clean and good size. Beds were very good and the pillow selection was top notch. All the usual amenities were available. Breakfast was good, probably not the best continental breakfast we have ever had. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here with 4 people in the two king bedroom rooms. Very comfortable and dark with blinds and curtains. We did not use the upstairs bedroom with the two beds or the downstairs suite. Everything we needed was there. It was comfortable, clean and had fantastic views of the lake from the living room. Nice electronic reclining chairs. The propane wood stove helped make the living room cozy each night. Check in was easy with a code and host communicated often and clearly."

"We had three adults stay here over an extended weekend and it was wonderful. Exactly the right size for the three of us. Very nice modern interior. Alissa provides a very complete guidebook with all of the information you'll need right up front, and she was very prompt with questions I had. Overall a fantastic experience and a good value too."

"The lakeside cottage was the perfect location for us to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Minnesota at the end of almost two weeks of travel around the state. This is a comfortable and clean place to stay with a huge picture window looking out at Rainy Lake and access to a dock, kayaks and Steve even offered to give us a boat tour! We had unfortunately already booked non-refundable activities so were unable to take him up on it. He was very helpful and informative about things to do in the area. We very much enjoyed the fire circle and the kitchen was well-stocked for our needs. This was close to Voyageurs National Park and there were a couple good restaurants fairly close, too. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"This is really an incredible place. The home is beautiful and extremely well appointed. We travelled with kids (ages 4-9) and the space was perfect: board games, outdoor exploring, fishing, near the water. We had a lovely week and hope to return next year. Thanks for having us!"
