Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut

Trotz Buchung und Bezahlung über Hotels.com wurde beim Check-In nochmals ein Zahlungsnachweis verlangt. Ich hatte das Zimmer für meine Eltern gebucht (beide über 80 Jahre) die natürlich sehr irritiert waren. Ich reise sehr viel, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Zimmer war für 7 Nächte gebucht. Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung!!!! Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und auch das Bad nicht gesäubert. Erst nach Nachfrage meiner Eltern wurden die Mülleimer geleert und Toilettenpapier gebracht. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 125 Euro pro Nacht ist das unannehmbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nah zum Strand und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Fazit: Für 1-2 Nächte wohl in Ordnung, aber definitiv kein Urlaubshotel. Schade.

Es war einfach Traumhaft Angefangen bei dem Super netten Personal an der Rezeption sie waren sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit als ich probleme wegen dem Parkticket hatte aber auch beim check in waren sie super freundlich als ich spontan noch Abendbrot dazubestellt hatte war immer ein lächeln auf den lippen zu erkennen. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig für mich und meine zwei Kinder sowie super sauber. Ich kann es nur Empfehlen Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen Danke für die tolle Arbeit die die Mitarbeiter/in machen

Einfach nur toll

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen lecker und der Poolbereich toll. Beste Lage außerdem.
