「We started our Iceland holiday with first 2 nights stay at cabin 5A. I’m glad we did as it set the bar really high and at the end of our 9 day trip, the family unanimously agreed this was our favourite accommodation in the entire trip! Cabin had everything we needed, extremely clean, hosts were v responsive, and being in open lands (yet near enough to nearby towns), we were treated to 2 nights of auroras when we were there!! The hot tub brought so much joy too, can’t wait to be back! 」

「We were able to tour both the national park and the southern coast conveniently without having to move between lodgings. The cabin is pretty new, has a nice view of the mountains, and a hot tub and grill on a pretty deck (though the midges require a head net that the host graciously provided for us). The kitchenette was adequate for us since we weren’t cooking anything more than breakfast. The upstairs bedroom with twin beds would be a great spot for a couple of kids who find it fun to climb up...
