Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with our transporation questions (there was an EU Summit that impacted our travel plans to return to the airport). Great location that was an easy walk to/from lots of interesting things. Hotel was the cleanest we've stayed in recently. Also had the breakfast buffet, which is expensive but we thought totally worth it given the selection of food and the quality. Would highly recommend.

Very lovely stay in central Reykjavík. The room was cosy and comfortable with a great view towards the cathedreal. Staff were very freindly and approachable both on the front desk and on house keeping. If hiring a car there is P1 street parking in the surrounding area, but there is also an open air gravel car park on the harbour that is free. I left the car there in the free car park in the day and moved it back to the streets overnight (free after 6pm)

Fantastic hotel in a great location by bus stop 3, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfest was really good and deluxe room had was super with a hugh king size bed. Also used the fantastc spa in the sister hotel Borg next door for free with our Expedia gold status. Would highly recommended this hotel to stay in while in Reykjavik

Great first night in Reykjavik
The hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived on an over night international flight and they let us check in extremely early for our reservation. Great part of Reykjavik with lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Everything was with in walking distance.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel
The staff was very kind and helpful, even letting us checkin at 8am after arriving on a flight at 5am. It was so helpful for us to get a couple of hours of sleep to start our trip.
