「This is a quiet hotel and we found it great value. We had a room with a view of the harbor and mountains beyond.
Hot complimentary coffee and tea were always available. We ate breakfast there several mornings- the buffet is lovely. It is an additional cost, but all of the food tasted homemade with a wide variety for a range of tastes. 「The apartment was great and had everything we needed. There is a small private parking lot, but unfortunately our large van was a bit too big to fit. Plenty of street parking within a few blocks though. Staff were very responsive to messages.」
「I chose this accommodation mainly becoz of its short distance to the BSI Bus Terminal. The room does not locate at their described building but within 2-3mins walk towards the actual location. Staff gave me clear direction on where to go tho, that was very good. The room is comparatively spacious. The shared bathroom is very tidy. Just hope there’s coffee supply and more newer cooking utensils in the shared kitchen.」

3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.
4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time.

「apartment was really nice and clean, even bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen for some easy cook only because they don't have exhaust fan, but it acceptable. Bedroom will be some noisy If you open the window on Fri/Sat night. The Bonus is 10mins away only!
