the worst choice in Italy

I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas.
