「Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

「Heather is amazing, greeted us and served us Welsh cakes on arrival! Made a dinner reservation for us and served an amazing breakfast!! You have your own sitting room, bedroom is quaint and lovely. Would highly recommend. 」

「WeL asked with the value for money for the apartment which could comfortably sleep six people with two good size bedrooms upstairs, a good size, bathroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was a good size and had everything you needed and was well stocked with plates cups and glasses and you could quite easily stay there for a longer period of time and just a weekend . 「The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return.」

「Perfect location only steps from everything. Parking can be tricky but in four nights we managed to find a spot without too much trouble, just expect to park several blocks away for an unrestricted spot. Otherwise park out the front after the shops close and everyone goes home.The apartment was nicely refurbished but as a three bedroom catering for long stay visits it needs a laundry.Ventilation is poor and the apartment was very stuffy. 「I needed a space to reset- it was stunning, not overcrowded. Loved the space and the hot tub. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs or younger kids- I didn’t need to worry. There’s a little village near by (5 mins drive) that has grocery shops and a lovely little butchers and antique store but it’s small. I wanted secluded and peaceful so it was perfect.」

「Property in need of maintenence and upkeep, ie somewhat shabby. Limited provisions, dishwasher failed to clean items correctly so hand washed cutlery etc... Hot tub was good and available at all times. Good floor space but feel we could have gotten more for our money.」

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
