The approx. 250 square metre holiday home for max. 10 people is located on a separate and fully fenced natural plot of over 1,000 square metres in a completely secluded location away from the village directly on Lake Braminsee, a beautiful and quiet forest lake. Here you are completely undisturbed in the midst of the marvellous surroundings of the Ruppin forest and lake area in Ruppin Switzerland. Watch cranes and game directly from the property. The village of Kagar is about 2 km away and the district town of Rheinsberg about 10 km. Motorboats are not allowed on the Braminsee, so you can enjoy nature with all your senses in absolute peace and quiet and completely undisturbed. There is a small natural bathing area for house guests, so you have the lake almost completely to yourself. On the ground floor there is a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV), a large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, various kitchen appliances and dining table with a view of the lake), a bedroom (double sofa bed) and a small bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor (access via a steep space-saving spiral staircase) there are two additional bedrooms (1 x double bed, balcony with lake view, 1 x single bed as walk-through room) and a bathroom with shower/WC. In the basement there is another complete accommodation unit with a combined living/sleeping room (double bed, upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, mini hi-fi, dining table), a bedroom (2 single beds), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dining table), a bathroom with shower/WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there are several furnished seating areas/terraces, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and parking spaces. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Linen can be brought along or hired on site.



Kagar is a beautifully situated village in a marvellous wooded and natural environment, about 10 km from Rheinsberg. Several fishing and bathing lakes, which are all connected to each other, are in the immediate vicinity and offer the best conditions for water hiking, fishing and swimming. But nature lovers looking for peace and quiet, who enjoy cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and wildlife watching, are also in the right place here, where there is a public landing stage for rowing and canoeing boats, restaurants and a small shop for everyday products. There is a supermarket in Flecken-Zechlin, 4 km away, and other shops and restaurants in Rheinsberg.
