"This property was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the restaurant shops and Lake. The train station was literally right there. My room had partial view of the water, which was absolutely amazing. The rooms were a little dated, but the little patio deck that each room had compensated. Surprisingly they give you a two day bus pass when you check in, that was unexpected and something I’ve never had before from a hotel. The parking garage was right underneath the hotel with entry into the hotel. Plus, it was gated. The first night I went down just to check on my car and one of the workers saw that I went down into the garage area and he followed me. At first I was upset but then I thought he was doing his job and that was a very good thing. The only complaint I have is the breakfast, it wasn’t that good. A small inconvenience was the rooms had no iron and ironing board, you had to go up to the fifth floor to use the iron and the ironing board there in an common area. Thankfully, the iron was in good condition. Overall, a great stat and the staff was very helpful. You can tell they took pride in their job."

"The checking in hours are weired. The host was not accomodative and gave us a hard time with the car parking. The hotel location is remote from the island and works only if you have a car. The room was clean and nicely equiped, the complementary wine was appreciated."

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for."

"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."
