「Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und stilsicher gebaut. Dies gilt auch für die gesamte Inneneinrichtung und die Terrasse. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die fussläufige Verbindung zur Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, so dass der PKW für einen Stadtbesuch nicht bewegt werden muss. Die Nutzungszeiten des Aussenbereiches müssen penibel eingehalten werden. Bei voller Belegung des Hauses wird es mit nur einem Badezimmer ein wenig eng. 「A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância. 」
