「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and...

「Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. 」

「What a special place to stay. An ancient French country villa converted into a small hotel with all the quirks of a centuries old property, and with all the charm. We visited in winter time and loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of touring and then the steam and dry sauna. Breakfast was delicious and ample with eggs as you want them. 「櫃台的服務很親切 對於飯店內的設施及規定都簡單快速的以流利的英文提供給旅客,客房舒適 床鋪軟硬適中,可惜早上一大早6點不知是否有人誤觸火災警報時 比較晚有服務人員出來解釋讓全飯店的旅客疏散在外吹冷風,在這方面有需要再改善一下 但整體而言這家旅館還是很值得來入住」
