Room was clean and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for all the amenities as it’s very central. Only negatives were lack of any kind of English TV channel and it would have been nice to have had some English Breakfast Tea teabags and some milk, not everyone drinks herbal tea and black coffee!!!

Well-located just 6 minutes from the main station and 15 to the cathedral. Hotel had everything you need for a weekend trip. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were not entirely soundproofed however this was not a big issue. Free mulled wine/hot chocolate offered was a nice touch. Overally a nice stay!

Centrally located hotel, very close to train station. Nice design inside hotel and clean and comfortable. Good to have kettle in the room and good heating system also. Friendly and helpful staff, good price also
