Definitely recommend

It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station.

Checking in and out are very slow. Rooms are ok although not a 5 stars. Hotel Parking arrangements are not clear at the time of booking. Finding the hotel by car was impossible. Once found, if you did not make a reservation for it, you have no parking at the hotel.

This is a beautiful property. In walking distance to all attractions. The service is perfect. We upgraded to a suite with 2 balconies looking at the cathedral. Also had a wonderful breakfast with great service.
