The hotel is located near the airport with free shuttle service from Zürich airport. The staff who checked us in is nice and approachable with a friendly smile. But the bar staff is abrupt when we asked for a cup ( only 2 cups in the room when 3 of us checked in) as it is out of hours when we arrived and housekeeping is not available. Standard room size. Comfortable bed and clean. Close to the train station to city centre or to the airport. Need to book and pay for the shuttle service to the airport. On the day to the airport, we booked a shuttle to pick us up and we shared with other passengers. We were inside the shuttle and the driver left the shuttle outside to the hotel and the shuttle started running. Good thing that the other passenger is quick to pull the hand brake otherwise accident happened.
