A great place to stay in Rhinelander with a good selection of free hot and cold breakfast items. The pool isn’t huge, however it’s big enough to swim some laps. It’s also warm and family friendly, along with the hot tub. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend staying here.

不滿：整潔度
Our first room we were given had visible blood (or something that resembled it) stains on the bed skirt and top of comforter. After moving us to another room the smell of mildew and urine coming from the carpet was unbearable. Another couple we were traveling with also had an overwhelming mildew smell coming from their carpet as well. Would not stay here again.

Lacking cleanliness. Our room definitely had an odor to it and i think the toilet was just skipped over when the room was "cleaned". A friend of ours had a room here as well and they switched their room because of stains on the linens and the king bed being a fold out bed, with the head lower than the feet. Their new room smelled like pee.

The property is outdated and needs repairs. We had a large hockey team staying here. Most rooms were very musty smelling and needed someone to come and try to clean it. Sprayed some air freshener. Our room had rotten boards by the bathroom and would fall through the floor. Carpets are very dirty.
