We were greeted by the lovely owners of the hotel and check in was quick and easy. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, the pool was palatial and the drinks and food were fabulous!!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!!

This family run hotel is relaxed and charming and the staff are very helpful and accomdating. We loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff, the spacious rooms, pool area with lots of sun loungers,and delicious choices of food. . The hotel is located a short walk away from the local beach and local restaurants and bars too. We would love to come back in the future.

You won’t regret staying here

Fantastic staff, large and clean rooms, amazing pool area with many comfortable and luxurious options for sunbathing, great drinks and great food and a nice atmosphere all around. Would definitely go back!

If you are looking for a super basic, dorm or hostel style room with a nice pool and good dinner restaurant bar in an isolated part of Rhodes, it’s an ok choice. Otherwise go to one of the many more equipped resorts or hotels in interesting parts of the city and area. They have no services here and not even a hotel phone for emergency situations. Expect a very noisy restaurant and pool area right on a major busy road with buses and trucks all day. Have zero expectations for decor or design in rooms. Like a student dorm. Very basic breakfast but friendly staff. “Mountain view” is a hill and view of the backyard shed I paid and extra $60 per night for. :( The staff and owners are friendly but completely inflexible and un accommodating. They grossly misrepresented the services and amenities on Expedia which heavily influenced my choice to book here for 5 nights. However once I arrived they said they didn’t offer those services and some disagreements between the owners communicating whether they ever had them. I asked for 3 nights costs return to me which they repeatedly refused and explained why I booked there. Decided to leave anyway for my safety/ accessibility and book the rest of my trip at the Sheraton for close to the same nightly off season rate and get a stunning view of the ocean and a 5 star resort service. Double check rates on other sites because after booking here I saw it half the rate I paid elsewhere which would explain their 1 star hotel service style.

Loved everything. Got welcomed immediately by the family and really felt at home. The service was so great by lovely people working there, especially Ismail 😉 The food options are also really good and tasty. A big pool with lots of beds available. Rooms were very clean and also got cleaned every day. The cocktails were also super delicious. The location is also ideal with a shop close by, restaurants and also near the beach with just a few min of walking. Thank you so much for everything! We really loved our stay and will definitely come back some day 😊

This resort was beautiful! It’s not as big as the others around so there’s always space at the pool and it isn’t loud. It was so peaceful. The staff are a family and lovely people. They really make you feel welcome. My husband and I had the junior suite and it was very spacious. The air conditioning worked great and cooled down the big room fast. We also had a balcony right off the pool. The only downside to this location is walking to the main strip there is part without a sidewalk so you have to walk on a road with not much space between vehicles. However it’s under a 10 minute walk

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Bamboo. Alles sauber, super Zimmerservice, beim Frühstück hatte es alles, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Parkplatz gleich vor der Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nettes familiengeführtes, kleines Hotel mit schöner Pool Anlage und nettem Personal. Das ein oder andere Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Überholung. Frühstück kann man gut dazu buchen, passt preislich gut und man startet entspannt in den Tag! Wir hatten schöne 4 Tage in der Anlage- Danke!

L’hôtel est globalement agréable, situé à deux minutes à pied de la mer, que l’on voit d’ailleurs depuis l’établissement. Petit bémol : il se trouve en haut d’une côte, donc il faut monter et descendre à chaque sortie, ce qui peut être fatigant et est à prendre en compte avant de réserver. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant, au bar ou pour le ménage, rien à dire sur ça, ce qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Le restaurant et le bar de l’hôtel sont top, et le petit déjeuner reste correct. En revanche, la propreté des chambres est clairement à améliorer. Nous avions réservé une suite privée avec jacuzzi, mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car l’eau semblait sale, avec une pellicule grasse au fond, probablement due aux crèmes solaires et huiles. Le canapé de la chambre était également très sale à notre arrivée, au point que nous avons dû demander un drap pour le recouvrir, puis il a simplement été recouvert d’un plaid sans jamais être nettoyé tout au long de notre séjour. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, je trouve que cela ne vaut malheureusement pas la prestation attendue.

Établissement extrêmement propre et bien aménagé, personnel très agréable. Piscine magnifique, petit déjeuner continental classique mais néanmoins complet avec un buffet garni. Le seul bémol serait l’emplacement : entouré de très grands hôtels, il y a beaucoup de touristes et de circulation. Cependant, cela peut se montrer pratique pour des excursions en voiture car l’hôtel est idéalement situé à la croisée de deux grands axes qui permettent de s’échapper rapidement du tumulte et rejoindre aisément les principaux centres d’intérêt de l’île. La vieille ville de Rhodes est à 15 à 20 minutes en bus ou en taxi (idéal pour éviter la circulation et le parking compliqué)

I absolutely loved my stay here. This trip was my first solo one and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff became like family very quickly and immediately made me feel like one of them. What a wonderful place, would definately come back! This is a home away from home. Siblings who own the place are so welcoming! Everything aranges, car rental etc. The rooms are clean and the food by the pool is excellent! If you are looking for a smal, family owned place, this is the place to go!

Bamboo Suites is such a vibe!! The rooms are great such a comfortable bed and lots of room with doors that allow you to walk straight out to the pool area. The pool itself is huge with lots of day beds and a great bar with chilled music all day Fantastic food and a great menu The staff make this place amazing! Two brothers and a sister alongside a great chef and waitresses! You will not regret a visit to Bamboo! Cant wait to visit again. Sam & Jason

This was amazing!

This is a wonderful adults only hotell, about 7 minutes from the beach on foot. This amazing place serves a good breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can stay on the premises all vacation long. The bar is well stocked for everyones taste. We loved the fact that we could walk out from our patio to a sunbed 4 meters away. The pool is big and the temperature is really good, keeps you cool if the sun is too strong. This is a family run hotel and the staff was amazing they work really hard to make you feel special and welcomed here. Our stay was exactly what we wanted and we will be back next year for another super holiday

Fantastic small family run Suite hotel

Great suite hotel with only 16 rooms this year (2024) and a few more next year, it’s big advantages are that the rooms are well laid out and outside areas have space for everyone without feeling either isolated or having trouble finding a double sun bed, chair at the bar, or restaurant as you prefer. Ava and Semis manage the team of staff so well that things just run as they should with nothing being to much effort.
