Situated on the stunning and exclusive S.E. coast of Rhodes between Gennadi and Lahania, Antonoglou Beach Villas, are delightful newly built three bedrooms and two bedrooms properties, which boasts an exquisite and peaceful location with direct access onto Lahania Beach in from the end of the garden with its clear crystal waters and close to many exceptionally good water side tavernas
Our guests can relax and enjoy the magnificent sea views over the Aegean Sea , offered from all accommodations, while lying on their sun bed and at the very comfort of their own PRIVATE veranda/patio or the can choose to swim in crystal clear waters of Aegean sea just few steps away
Antonoglou Beach Villas - VILLA DIAS offer luxurious accommodation for a maximum 6 guests in total, in 100 square meters indoors and approx. 400 square meters, PRIVATE, outdoors living space.
Exclusively for our guests we provide free in-room and garden Wi-Fi Internet access ( you can have internet access to the beach too).
It is unusual to find such a property with a private pool that adjoins the beach. Tastefully furnished and styled to a very high standard. A large covered terrace gives you an uninterrupted view of the sea when you laze on your sun bed. A small pathway with just a few steps leading you directly to Lahania Beach. It will make you feel like your own private beach.
Stylishly contemporary and embracing natural materials in its high quality, and mostly handmade, fixtures and fittings, this light and airy villa will delight even the most discerning of guests.
The large, spacious open-plan living area has a modern streamlined, fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of high quality appliances and utensils. A beautiful dining table and six chairs Granite tiless and natural wood is used throughout the villa. It has an marble fireplace and housing for the Satellite TV. Stylish, but comfortable, seating allows guests to relax and admire the views from the large patio windows that look out onto the pool area, garden and sea beyond. Natural wood is used for the coffee table and parts of the décor, and concealed ceiling lights provide a gentle illumination to the villa when the nights draw in.
A big living room area with modern and comfort sofas ( for 6 guests)positioned to looking to the pool area. This is a double sofa bed and can sleep tow guests.
Only a few steps, framed with feature sides, take you to the next floor, to access to the bedrooms area. There are two double bedrooms. The two of them are sharing a luxury bathroom with a bath tub. All the beds in the villa have luxury mattresses, which are top-of-the-range, and have a natural fibre filling that is antibacterial for total health and comfort. Both bedrooms have a triple door fitted wardrobe, along with a bedside table and pretty window drapes that frame the mountain views beyond.
All window have mosquito nets and electrical shutters.
Air-condition , Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available.
Outside the is a great wooden handmade pergola creates an amazing semi covered area just in front of the sea where a great lunch or dinner can be enjoyed or under the sun or under the shade.( about 80 sq.M). The large patio area has non-slip floor tiling throughout.
The pool is in front of the sitting area and its 6 * 4 m. A big garden ( 400 sq.m) with flowers is what you can find after the pool and a BBQ.
Very close is the villages of Lachania and Gennadi where there are restaurants and super markets and all amenities ( pharmacy, doctor, pizza, cafe, ATM)
Also there are shops that sell local products such as wine and honey.
Close to Prasonisi Sandy Beach ( surfers paradise - MUST SEE!),Lindos village with amazing Restaurants and night life ( better visit during evening as the temperature during day is very high) , Kiotari Tourist area with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants and traditional Village gennadi just 5km away where you can shop fresh bread from the local bakery , fresh local and very tasty vegetables and fresh fishes every day.
