Zimmer: Standardzimmer sehr klein aber renoviert. Hatten beim Check In ein teils unrenoviertes Bad bekommen mit uralter Badewannendusche und alter Toilette. Nach reklamation am nächsten Tag ein Zimmer mit vollständig renoviertem Bad. Alte Zimmer auf max. 3 Sterne Niveau, neue auf 4 Sterne Niveau. Personal: Viel Personal und sehr guter Service. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bestellungen über QR-Code ungewohnt, aber funktional. Kaum Warten an den Bars. Bestellungen am Pool und Strand werden nicht immer bearbeitet. Leider bekommt man keine Info ob die Bestellung ankommt. Essen: Sehr gutes Buffetrestaurant mit überragendem Dessert. Essen wiederholt sich wöchentlich. Die A la Card Restaurants ebenfalls gut, mit relativ kleiner Karte. Leider muss man ca. eine Woche vorher reservieren um zur normalen Zeit einen Platz zu bekommen. Pool & Strand: Wunderbarer großer Poolbereich mit unaufdringlicher DJ Musik. Kleiner Strandabschnitt, der sauber und gepflegt ist. Leider steinig zum und im Wasser. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen für 5 Sterne: keine Auflagen für die normalen Liegen am Pool und Strand. Daher sind diese auf Dauer ungemütlich. Das schaffen sogar 3 und 4 Sterne Hotels Liegenauflagen zu besorgen.

We loved staying at this hotel, everything was perfect, there is nothing to fault. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, delicious food, staff are lovely and the location is great. I would recommend to anyone!

The pool and hotel itself is stunning, the food is good quality and loved that there was plenty of sunbeds and the beach was lovely too. The hotel staff were also really friendly and attentive. I do however felt like it wasn’t quite 5* as it lacked that feel, for example the QR code service was a great touch but took ages to come and the bar itself could have had a few more people on there serving drinks. The hotel is quite hard if you have allergies as it was hard to know exactly what the food contained as almost everything had a label to say traces of nuts and seeds etc so this made it hard to eat. But I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back again.

This resort was stunning and provided a relaxing and fun atmosphere for a much needed holiday in the sun. The staff were excellent and the restaurants were wonderful. Don’t go without trying the melon baller!

The hotel is really smart, the staff are super helpful. Rooms were great and a decent size. The food was a little hit and miss, and premium drinks were very few and far between. Most of the time they'd run out. Loads of seating options around the pool. And actively removing towels that were reservong empty beds was refeeshing to so. Would 100% return here next year.

Awesome!! Beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed a week's visit in October. Hotel is beautiful throughout, very modern design and meticulously clean. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The pool area is one of the best I've ever visited. Huge, spectacular pool area with a brilliant pool bar in the middle. Highly recommended.

Superbe hôtel

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Electra à Rhodes et nous avons adoré ! Idéal pour un couple, l’ambiance est calme et reposante. Nous étions en formule all inclusive et tout était parfait : petit-déjeuner copieux, déjeuner varié et dîner de qualité. La piscine est agréable, avec toujours des transats disponibles, et il y a un peu de musique, mais jamais trop forte, ce qui garde l’atmosphère détendue. Très peu d’enfants, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus tranquille. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien équipées, avec en prime des produits Nuxe. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant et très serviable. Un service pratique permet aussi de réserver un bus pour rejoindre le centre de Rhodes, situé à quelques minutes. Bref, un séjour parfait pour se détendre et profiter de l’île. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

I liked the fact that there’s so many different types of sun loungers, on the beach, on the decking overlooking the beach or around the pool or on the pool, bean bags and cabanas. The food is excellent and drinks are typical all inclusive but staff are so friendly and helpful, they just seem to enjoy making your holiday special. We even had a birthday cake and champagne left in our room, such a lovely gesture.

Great 4 night stay (again)

2nd time we’ve been to the hotel. Still a great hotel. Food great and very clean. Rooms are modern and the hotel staff are friendly. Cocktails not as nice as last time but still some great options. Shame Billy isn’t at the island bar now but was nice to see some familiar staff.

We loved our stay and are thinking of making it an annual trip. Loved the way drinks are served in hard plastic glasses around the pool. Buffet food was always interesting and tasteful. The Greek restaurant was a special experience. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the noise from the aircraft landing, but we got used to it.

Struttura ottima, cibo buono, bellissime piscine, personale gentilissimo, camere molto belle, spiaggia accessoriata, jacuzzi, cibo e bevande sempre a disposizione. Siamo stati una settimana in super relax. Unica pecca aria condizionata troppo alta e forse qualche iniziativa in più per gli adolescenti. Nel complesso comunque ottima struttura, super consigliata.

fantastic stay at Electra Palace Rhodes

We had a fantastic stay at Electra Palace Rhodes! The buffet was delicious, and the Greek restaurant was perfect. We also appreciated the control of abusive occupation of lounges by the pool, which made us feel protected and ensured a fair experience for all guests. I encourage doing that on the beach as well. The team put in a great effort to make our vacation perfect, and we really appreciate and thank them for that. We were really happy with our experience and are excited to come back again next summer.
