Lambis Athina - Desirable Location with Private Pool, Pool Table & Table Tennis

A brand new semi-detached villa, set in a large garden which is shared
with the sister villa Lambis Harmonia. Lambis Athina offers a perfect
base for a holiday in this much sought after area. Just a short stroll
from shops and restaurants, it is even walking distance from the lovely
town of Lindos whilst the beach is just over 1km away.

Very modern in style Lambis Athina offers attractive modern living
areas with both bedrooms on the upper floor, with a balcony overlooking
the pool and the sea beyond or the garden to the rear. The villas are
separated by a solid wall to give good privacy on the main terraces and
pool area whilst the large area to the rear, mainly given over to olive
trees, parking area and garden is shared between the two houses, so
whilst the villa is totally self-contained it would be an ideal
arrangement for two friendly families to rent both houses.

Urlaub im April

Das Haus ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Super sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Mittwoch kam noch eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche ausgetauscht und hat sogar die Badezimmer und das Haus gereinigt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Wir sind mit unseren Kinder jeden Abend noch mal in die Stadt gegangen, Eis essen oder bei der St. Pauli beach Bar noch den Abend genossen.
