Beautiful sunset from the verandah, daily cleaning, sheets changed alternate days. Pefki and the surrounding area was ideal for my type of holiday, a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the sandy beach with its warm sea

Lia Studios are in a very nice spot at the back of the resort but not too far to walk back and forth although the walk back up may not suit people who are infirm, however there is a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill at the junction with cardiac hill, wonderful view of the sunset with a glass of Retsina every night from the balcony as well.

Close to everything and overall good.

We stayed at Lia Studios for 7 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. Lia has a great location, with only an 8 minute walk from both the beach (which was so beautiful and clear) and the restaurants. The room is spacious with a great balcony view, and has all of the essentials. The communication with the management was easy, and there was no problem with a late check in. The cleaning service was good and they were so polite, they even did our dishes. However, we didn’t feel like the floors were clean enough…but that’s usually the case when on holiday. Although, we overall had a good stay at Lia, the pillows were horrible. It felt like sleeping on a rock and our necks were not happy. Even the beds were really hard, but still better than the pillows. Moreover, our toilet flush got stuck so we couldn’t use the toilet for the whole day, and they didn’t fix it until 10 PM, after we had reminded them about the problem again. In addition, the swimming pool is not owned by Lia studios, rather the restaurant next door. Everyone can use the pool as long as you buy something to eat or drink. So, technically it is not included in your stay and not part of Lia studios.

Highly recommend. We have been to Pefkos many times and stayed in many different studios. I will be staying at Studios Lia again. No frills but everything you need & clean. Well positioned and away from the centre, so quiet. View from the veranda of the sea and sunsets. These little extras made it different from where we have stayed before - Safe and air conditioning is included so no surprise extras to pay. The fly screen on the doors and windows meant no mosquitos. Pull down shutter meant complete darkness in the morning, soap dispensers in the bathroom, clothes drier on the veranda, hair dryer, washing up liquid and cloth, 2 bottles of water waiting in the fridge for our late arrival. Supermarket at the bottom of the drive, swimming pools close by that can be used, bus stop close by, Anixis, Nikolas and Eleni for great greek dishes, a nice stroll into the centre for anything else. Cleaned most days and clean towels/sheets by the lovely Dianna. 20 euros for a late check out pre arranged with Loukas. A great 2 week stay.

The accomodation is ok, but it's nothing to write home about. In contrast to the description, there is no pool whatsoever. Had to change the apartment upon arrival because the door lock was broken. There were ants in the room coming for the food. Studio equipment is in bad condition with many broken or missing things. Cleaner came every day instead of every two and even ignored the "do not disturb" sign. Overall not recommendable (or only for sleeping). P.S. Expedia didn't do much to recompensate, would have expected better service here as well.

Purtroppo le recensioni lette in precedenza non rispecchiano la realtà, la struttura è nella media e per passare due o tre notti va bene ma non di più. Noi siamo stati 10 giorni e purtroppo per quanto riguarda la pulizia la camera non era del tutto pulita, abbiamo trovato lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, capelli e peli sul pavimento e per quanto la signora delle pulizie passasse tutti i giorni la stanza non era mai ben pulita. Il cucinino era inutilizzabile, noi non avevamo comunque intenzione di usarlo ma in caso di necessità non sarebbe stato possibile in quanto era molto sporco. Materassi molto scomodi, già dopo un paio di notti la schiena al mattino era tutta indolenzita. In conclusione se non si hanno grosse pretese va bene come soluzione per passarci qualche giorno ma non di più. Se fosse più pulito e i materassi venissiro cambiati sicuramente la struttura acquisirebbe molti punti.

Bit difficult to review properly as our stay coincided with major wildfires in the locality. For the time prior to the fires we found the Lia to be clean with brilliant views, had issues with air con not working in 44deg heat but resolved with a call to the property manager, no water or electricity for approximately two days but considering the fires and our initial evacuation from the area we understood. Expedia couldn't help we relocation which was disappointing but no reflection on The Lia.
