Beautiful villa in great location.
The villa was lovely, beautifully presented and a great mix of the old and new. Location was ideal - within a few minutes of all the activity in Rhodes old town yet peaceful and quiet, down a narrow lane. Iannos was v friendly and helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport, giving advice and what to do and generally being v helpful. Highlight of our trip to Greece.

Could not have found any better!
It will be hard to convey in a few lines, the experience of a lifetime. Even if we all have different expectations it would be hard for me to imagine someone not loving the medieval villa! From our first day to the last day in Rhodes and in "the medieval villa" it was a unique and wonderful vacation. The pictures do not lie, and the house is just beautiful, so confortable, and spacious. Each room has a unique decor. The owner could not have been more helpful and kind. My husband had to leave earlier than our three kids and I, and Yoannis, the owner made sure that I will have the smoothest of transition from his extraordinary medieval house (yet with all modern comfort ) to the airport. His goodbye was warm and kind, as was his welcome. It was hard to leave and we cannot wait to come back!

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!I
Our family of six ferried to Rhodes from Turkey for a three day stay and selected this hotel/castle based upon its location in Old Town. Little did we know what an amazing experience we were in for!!!!!!!!!!! Ioannis WAS AMAZING AS A HOST!!!! He picked up our group and all of our luggage at the port, drove us into the Old Town which he has a special permit to allow him to do, and delivered us inside where he spent quite a bit of time showing us around, explaining everything to us. He provided us with the most over the top "welcome basket" filled with goodies....we were in shock: fruit, wine, chocolate, olive oil, crackers.....unreal!! He was available to us 24/7 by cell phone or email and showed up at the crack of dawn to walk us back to the port to catch our ferry back to Bodrum. I would go back to this property in a heartbeat just based upon his being the host!! He made our brief trip to Rhodes SO ENJOYABLE and he deserves a SIX star rating!!! The property itself is located in the heart of Old Town!!!! When you research Rhodes you will realize how amazing this is. It is like staying inside a castle//fortress. Steps away are markets, restaurants and shops. The bus stop which offers bus options to the entire island is a ten minute walk. The cobblestone streets and buildings make you feel like you went back in time. The property itself however is new and modern with large bedrooms, bathrooms, amazing kitchen....everything you would want. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
