Struttura pulita, con stanze non grandissime ma adatte per un paio di notti. Pulizia discreta, asciugamani presenti solo per 2 persone su 4 nonostante fosse stato evidenziato più di una volta la mancanza degli altri essendo presenti 4 persone nell'appartamento.

A no-fuss Winter stay with blissful views .

An older, seasoned and well organised property in a local neighbourhood ; on a hill with gorgeous views : To the NE the changing colours & interesting 'moods' of the Aegean Sea; Turkish coast line with snow capped mountains beyond –and charming city views - all quite lovely and a daily visual feast! A good spot for artists/painters and keen photographers. To the East: spectacular sunrises most mornings of my extended Autumn-Winter stay. A fine place to enjoy the large variety of bird life and butterflies especially from the apartments on the top floors. This is an unexpected bonus-surprise! This establishment and surrounding area are serene, peaceful, low-key and safe. The sublime sounds of church bells drifting across the hill; a few times during the week and of course on Sundays; complete a great choice for accommodation in Rhodes town. The apartment is adequate, well heated , clean, comfortable; and good value for money. The wifi is excellent - consistently fast and reliable. There is a big supermarket a few minutes away & a delightful organic farm produce shop around the corner.The taxis & buses is a convenient 3- min walk to the end of the street; with more shops & banks a little further on- approx. 7 mins walking. Interspersed with modern island life are historical ruins dotted all around, in the vicinity of the hotel. The Acropolis is a pleasant & easy 15 mins walk from the hotel. The staff and owners are discreet and welcoming.

Wifi-Codes gibt es nur vom Chef. Wenn man also am abend (19 Uhr) ankommt, kriegt man zwar das Zimmer, aber kein W-Lan! Lift ist in einem sehr schlechten zustand. Ist dann auch promt ausgefallen während meinem Aufenthalt. Muste mich mit meinem steifen Knie bis in den 5 Stock hoch quälen.

Hotelli oli järkyttävä sekä myös palvelu. Paikalle saapuessamme jouduimme odottamaan ylimääräiset 1,5 h huoneemme vapautumista. Ensimmäinen huoneemme oli hirveässä kunnossa eikä todellakaan vastannut nettisivuilta katsomiamme kuvia. Huoneessa oli muurahaisia sekä torakoita ja pyysimme 2 yön jälkeen uutta huonetta. Patjat olivat täynnä ihmisten eritteistä muodostuneita läikkiä ja päiväpeitossa tupakan tumpin reikiä. Uuden huoneen saaminen oli vaikeaa sillä he syyttivät meitä torakoista koska ikkuna oli ollut auki (ikkuna oli auki jo huoneeseen saapuessamme) ja ehdottivat vain huoneen myrkytystä. Kerroimme ettei huoneessa voi nukkua jos he tulevat sen myrkyttämään. Saimme uuden huoneen joka oli edelliseen verrattuna vain hieman parempi. Uuden huoneen ummehtunut haju kuitenkin sai ihmettelemään kun se tarttui myös omiin vaatteisiin. Allaskaapin avattua selvisi että sehän oli täysin homeessa! Henkilökunta ei tehnyt asialle mitään vaan palvelu meitä kohtaan muuttui täysin huonompaan suuntaan eikä meitä enää edes tervehditty. Hotelli sekä sen palvelu pilasivat lomamme mitä olimme kauan odottaneet ja säästäneet rahaa. Tässä tarina tiivistetysti vaikka huonoja kokemuksia olisi vielä iso tarina kerrottavana. Teemme asiasta vielä laajemman valituksen mistä selviää asiat vielä tarkemmin. En suosittele kyseistä hotellia kenellekään ! Toivon että tähtiluokitusta muutetaan pikaisesti eikä asiakkaita johdeta harhaan.

Ihan hyvä perushotelli hintaluokassaan. Pienillä viilauksilla tieten viihtyisyyttä vielä nostaa. Henkilökuntaa oli 24/7 paikalla ja aina sai apua jos jotain tarvitsi.

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament z dwoma balkonami i klimatyzacją. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Łóżka duże i wygodne. Często sprzątane. W budynku winda. Do centrum około 2,5 km na piechotę.

Το πρώτο βραδύ ήταν πολύ κακό. Για να φτάσω στο δωμάτιο ανέβαινα, κατέβαινα απεριποίητες εξωτερικές σκάλες με πολλά σκαλιά Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι, σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο στο στούντιο. Ήταν κρύο δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά το aircondition δεν λειτουργούσε καλά η τηλεόραση. Κακή η καθαριότητα του δωματίου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου. Ανακάτευαν τα πράγματα μου. Την πρώτη μέρα η καθαρίστριά πηρέ το κοντρόλ του aircondition. Η υπεύθυνη στην υποδοχή είπε ότι μετά από 7 μήνες δουλείας η κούραση είναι μεγάλη. Την δεύτερη μέρα η καθαρίστριά δεν καθάρισε τα πιάτα, ποτήρια, κουταλιά κλπ. Υπάρχει θέμα με την καθαριότητα στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, τα υπόλοιπα είναι οκ.

Ei toista kertaa.

Saavuimme yöllä hotelliin emännän ja 9 kk vauvan kanssa. Vastaanoton miehellä ei tuntunut olevan kiire palvelemaan kun odotutti meitä 10 minuuttia putsaillessaan aulabaarin pöytää vaikka olimme ainoat asiakkaat. Iso aikuinen mies ei vaivautunut auttamaan laukkujen kannossa, itse kannoin vauvan, matkalaukun ja rattaat ja emäntä 2 matkalaukkua. Ei hissiä koska huoneemme olikin sivurakennuksen 2 kerroksessa. Olivat unohtaneet tuoda vauvan sängyn ja miehen mukaan olisi liian vaivalloista hakea sitä keskellä yötä. Ei sitten kunnolla nukuttu ensimmäisenä yönä kun lapsi ei sängyssä pysy jos ei ole laitoja. Muu henkilökunnasta oli mukavia. Suihkun ovi oli rikki, ei telinettä suihkulle ja ilmastoinnin termostaatti toimi miten sattui. Liian kaukana palveluista, taksilla piti kulkea. Hotellin nimi on harhaanjohtava. En suosittele.

Ligger ca 20 minuters promenad från gamla stan.

Låg standard på rummen som kallas studios. Ligger i en äldre byggnad. Framgick inte vid bokningen. Bytte till sk apartment i den nyare byggnaden som var renoverad senare. Helt ok standard där för det pris vi betalade även om vi fick betala en del emellan vid bytet.

The same morning we were about check out and came up from the pool at 10 am, the cleaning staff was cleaning our room. Why? When packing our staff one of our watches were gone. When we confronted them they denied of course. When we called them later on and asking them and told them again it was stolen they hang up.

Inte vad man kan förväntasig av ett fyrstjärnigt lägenhetshotell. Hål i taket i badrummet. Sängar som man känner varje fjäder i, kunde lika gärna sovit på golvet så hårt var det. Endast den ibland lite små fulla hotellföreståndaren å en äldre dam i receptionen var det som var serviceminded.
