Really good resort style hotel. Lots of pools and activities for the kids to do. The hotel is modern and clean. It can get a bit busy in the main restaurant, but the food selection was good. The waterpark is excellent if you have kids at an age that would enjoy it. The adults enjoyed it too!

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained hotel. Excellent resort. Friendly helpful staff. Beach also kept very clean with beautiful crystal clear water. Always plenty of beds available on the beach. Fab boat ride along the coast from the hotel. Beach bar food got a little samey but always very fresh and good quality. Wish I hadn't booked rooms with partial sea view - pool view would have been better. Overall would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Amazing experience, world class facilities, lovely staff always helpful and ready to go extra mile for you, pools are huge and super clean. Aqua park is a hit with kids and adults as it has got rides for everyone, toddler , groups and kids of all ages. Bars are really good, not busy even when we went in peak season. Rooms are amazing , simple clean and modern. We stayed in room on higher terrain hence used shuttle service of Hotel. Amazing overall , I am definitely going back!!!

Our stay was in general ok. Hotel is need of a bit of tlc. One elevator never seemed to work so getting to the 3rd floor took a while. Lamps in the bedroom were broken. There is a horrible odour that comes from the drains on the balcony which makes it not possible to enjoy sitting outside. The food at the buffet was definitely lacking. Cocktails were made so inconsistently every member needs to be shown one one to make them. Lunch time offers are not the greatest. Spending so much money for everything to be average was disappointing.

We got a great and very specious suite. The staff was great and friendly and the kids had a ball. I would say that the most significant point was the fact that there was always place to relax, if by the pool or the water park. The bars we're great. However, one thing that was disappointing was the fact that the chef restaurants were fully booked. Otherwise what a place

Great all-inclusive luxurious hotel! Everything is at a very high stsndard, looks new and well maintained. The one thing I liked the most is that despite having over 500 rooms, it never feels crowded. The grounds are very spacious and absorb the crowd well. There are no lines for food, the waterpark slides have zero queue and even at noon you can find a sunbed by the pool with a little effort (not enough shade though!). The food and entertainment, while very good, are the only things that deny the hotel from being really world class. But again, the food and the restaurants are pretty good and the entertainment is fun. So overall, a very good pick!
