We stayed at Amus Hotel & Spa in August 2025 and had the most amazing stay! The staff were incredible, the food was fantastic at the buffet and all the on site places. We stayed in a duplex with sea view and were so impressed with the size of the room and the balcony space. We were later upgraded to a suite with private pool. We preferred the layout of the duplex but were still incredibly comfortable in the suite, and the pool was fantastic. We would love to return to this hotel again, we had a brilliant time.

Amus is a lovely hotel with lots of facilities, attentive and professional staff, good quality rooms, restaurants and bars. Spa is genuinely a great addition. The private beach is across the road, but the fact you access it via tunnel makes all the difference and feels both safe and non disruptive. Only positive feedback about the booked in restaurants - they are great for a resort hotel. All inclusive option didn’t disappoint either. Overall a great 10 days relaxing at Amus and exploring Rhodes.

We loved our stay at Amus, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and it’s great there are so many pools to choose from. I also have to eat gluten free and I ate very well here! Each meal time they would show me what I could and couldn’t eat and for breakfast I could even order gluten free pancakes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Having pool, bar, and restaurant on the top floors meant fantastic views of the sea and Turkish coast brilliant, couldn't wait to have breakfast with a vista. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always a cheery good morning from the chamber maid in two or more languages. Very relaxing holiday.

Overall great hotel and room. We got room service to the room and staff asked up to go and get out drinks from the bar (our room floor 3 and bar floor 10) which wasn't an option as we were in our gowns which is why we were calling room service, this has meant i had to lower the staff score.

Rhodes bay hotel is a dream come true for many tourists. Renovated, clean amazing staff. Such friendly accommodating people. Literally your wish is their command. Our first time to Greece and safe to say we absolutely loved it. The hotel and staff were friendly and professional the only thing that let them down was their lack of cleaning up the neverending bird muck on the balcony. We would definitely return to the same property though.

Handy for travel into Rhodes and the beach was very accessible. There was a lack of sun loungers poolside and the usual beach towel nonsense. No fan of the poolside music pitched at the youth market either.

Loved our time at the Rhodes Bay Hotel. The staff were amazing - in particular the pool bar staff (George and Milinos) who recommended some amazing local restaurants and kept us entertained with expert service and particularly great Bloody Mary's. Anna and Melissa gave great pool dance classes and we attended the bingo which was good fun too. We would have loved a massage but the prices were not published anywhere. We talked to the spa staff twice who tried selling a 600 Euro whole package. Breakfast was good. Well organised, great selection and views outside are amazing. Overall really loved our stay. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing and the little touches really made us feel welcome. All areas including pool was super super clean and all staff we talked to went above and beyond. The under road walkway to the beach was a great idea! Would recommend and was sad to go home!

Amazing stay.

Had an amazing stay. The staff in the restaurants and by the pool was great. The facilities was great. It’s to bad the hotel doesn’t do anything with guest “reserving” sun beds for hours when they are not using them. Seems like many are reserving them from the early morning hours or the night time. And they don’t come down to the pool until 11 or 12. The pool staff should take away towels that are just laying there before pool opening at 9. Unless there is someone there. The cleaning was not what I expected from a 5 star resort. The cleaning of the floors was not good and they did not change the glasses and cutlery in the room. Seems like they only washed it with water. Overall a good stay. Loved the food, drinks, the rooms, staff. Very nice and entertaining girls that work by the pool. They offer morning stretch, aqua gym, darts competition and waterpolo. Fun for everybody. You have everything you need in this hotel.

It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel - it is a three, and there are problems every step of the way and it really wasn't enjoyable. The room was opposite lifts so lots of chat, housekeepers shouting and furniture being moved around. Balcony light didn't work. The bathroom had no ventilation so condensation everywhere, and flooded floor. Housekeeping gave no toilet roll and didn't come everyday. Products out of date. They made the bed and left everything else.I got two single beds pushed together. And the middle where they joined was uncomfortable - this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Jacuzzi wasn't working, receptionist said 'that's the pressure, it is what it is'. I then called her a second time she said yeah it's not working. Towel system insane. Has to wait in a 20 min queue everyday for food, service bad. I informed there was a piegon in the buffet and they laughed. Poor food labelling, marked veggie when it was meat. Lack of information about facilities and classes. I wanted to give feedback but was refused an email address. Adult pool area quiet except for lifeguard talking loud on his phone. Sunbeds on beach and by the other pool uncomfortable, and towels don't cover the bed. Generally staff incredibly rude, and dinner service was bad. Waiting for drinks, arriving after I finished my meal. They had someone in a suit to show you to a table and then that's it, completely ignored. It took them 25 minutes one night to bring a card machine.
