The rooms are basic but very clean and serviced 3 times a week with clean bedding and towels. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help with any problems. Visited here a few times now and is always our first choice in Faliraki

Relaxing week at Hotel Sevastos

Nice, quiet place 15 minutes walk from the center of Faliraki. Friendly staff, clean pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Next door Kantas Taverna is a great place to eat, with friendly host, good food and nice service.

Le logement est assez calme , dans soucis mais l’état des couloirs ( cacas d’oiseaux partout ) et des murs étaient déplorables ... les chambres sont assez petites et le service nettoyage laissait à désiré il y’avait entre autres des moustiques morts sur les murs et de la poussières absolument partout .. je ne suis pas aussi satisfaite que j’aurais voulu l’être surtout pour le prix . Ce n’est pas le pire hôtel que j’ai connu mais ce n’était certainement pas un des meilleurs malheureusement .

nous avons eu une chambre supérieure au lieu d'un studio. certes très confortable mais qui nous a engendré des frais en plus pour nos repas. quand on en a parlé il avait la possibilité de changer de chambre mais cela nous faisait perdre quasiment un journée de visite. malgré plusieurs impressions entre l'annonce et l'hôtel, dès que le manageur est présent (vers 10h30/11h jusqu'à 2h) il fait en sorte de répondre à la demande rapidement. nous regrettons pas de machine à laver dispo mais un service de laverie donc 17€ pour une semaine de linge... la piscine est agréable elle ferme vers 21h nous en avons donc peu profité. la mer est à proximité. belle ballade à faire pour aller à Antony Quinn en passant par le bar observatoire. la résidence est calme, espace commun agréable. possibilité de faire un barbecue. situation entre Rhodes et Lindos. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Good basic clean accomodation.

Good basic accommodation.Soft furnishings in the self catering apartment were in need of an upgrade,but i understand they have superior rooms that are of a better quality but are not self catering.The cooker is in a cupboard in the room which is handy to tuck dishes out of sight but can be a bit oppressive as the furnishings are all in a dark wood and this makes the room feel smaller.Self catering facilities are sparse but adequate for making snacks and breakfast. Rooms cleaned every day,towels and sheets are a bit threadbare and old but are changed also every day if needed.Pool clean and decently maintained though poolside shades are needing renewed.Bathrooms have no shower curtain but if you treat the whole room as a wetroom that doesnt matter. No television in our room although it was advertised but that wasnt a problem really as we dont bother much when on holiday.In all you get good value for your cash as this place is very cheap.Staff are friendly and if we were needing clean budget accommodation we would certainly book here again.

Very Good Budget Value

This hotel is in an outlying neighborhood that is very quiet and a bit out of the way. The room was clean, the owners helpful and friendly, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes and was a welcome alternative to more dining out. The price was half of comparable hotels in the area. We would stay at Sevastos Studios again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This was a terrible experience.. I pay for superior room, there was nothing like mentioned on the website, it was missing: - slippers - rain shower head - internet connection - water on arrival - Available coffee and tea in the room - It was no shower curtains so water all over the floor after showering. The breakfast was only 30 minutes a day and it was 2 slices of toast. The plumbing was not good so the hotel room was smelling suers. The hotel-room was cleaned, but the bedsheets was not changed. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. I must say, I been living in Greece for 3 years and never had this bad customer service ever.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement calme, agréable et proche de toutes commodités. La chambre attribuée n'était pas propre, il manquait serviettes et draps.Les wc sont dans la douche. La connection internet est payante. La kitchenette se trouve sur le balcon et dispose de trop peu de vaisselle. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur.

Skön semester

Billigt och enkelt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. De hjälpte oss med bokningar och skrev ut dom utan extra kostnad. Perfekt om man vill komma iväg på semester för en liten slant. Vi var där innan säsongen börjat och det var lugnt.

The rooms where with old furniturewhere the beds has urin in them and dirty lined like someone has sweat in them ... There where drunk teenagers shouting at us and the kitchen had a fridge with old waste inside.... Has travelled a lot but never seen anything as distusting

Sehr gutes Familienhotel

Die verbrachte Zeit war sehr gut- zu empfehlen der 2. Stock- weger der Aussicht. Das Einzige störende war die laute Außeneinheit der Klimaanlage des Nachbarn. Diese machte in 2 Nächten das Schlafen nahezu unmöglich. Wenn man jedoch Lärm unempfindlich ist, ist es das perfekte Hotel!
