Sunny Rhodes Villa is fully detached villa with private swimming pool. The villa is 500 m from Euromedica General Hospital, close to Rhodes city center, Koskinou village, Sunwing beach, Kalithea beach, Water park, Kinder land, and only 15 min driving from Rhodes Airport. The property is 5 km from Kalithea Beach, 6 km from Faliraki Beach, 9 km from Anthony Quinn Beach and 8 km from Rhodes Old Town. Accommodates up to 6 persons (plus 2 babies for free).
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with citrus trees (lemon, orange, mandarin), pomegranate trees and herbs. In a safe area, the garden is extended to a little private forest with pine trees and cypresses. It features outdoor pool, stone barbecue, forestry sitting area, private parking in the property, outdoor gym and playground, all for free.
The villa is located in a safe and quite area, 500 m away from the main road of the island, which is a perfect distance to both avoid noise and have easy access too. In the neighbourhood, there is a grocery, cooking house and a large playground with a modern café snack-bar, where you can go on foot in about 5 minutes. Koskinou village, a UN Cultural Heritage protected village, with traditional tavernas is only 15 minutes walking. The closest large supermarkets are 5 minutes driving and Rhodes town is only a 10-minute drive away from the villa.
Bus and taxi stations are a 500 m walking distance from the villa. Guests may also call for a taxi through radio taxi.
The indoor facilities include free wifi, kitchen facilities (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toasters, coffee maker, juice extractor), washing machine, dryer and hydromassage. Each room is equipped with air-condition and flat-screen TV. There is also a working place with a large desk. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite bathroom).
The spacious indoor area (170 sq. m.) is furnished to the highest standards. The outdoor space (800 sq. m.) includes a private swimming pool, a large garden with both lawn and paved space, an outdoor shower, barbecue facilities, outdoor gym, wide verandas and terraces. There is free private parking area inside the property and an organized picnic area under the pine trees.
The villa has three bedrooms, two of them with queen beds, and one with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, free air condition and free wifi internet access.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with big modern sofas and a decorative bioethanol fireplace. The big window in the living room allows the light to diffuse. A guitar and a large desk are available for guests.
An internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has wide verandas overlooking the patio and the swimming pool, the private forest and the garden. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.
A safe box keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes in each bedroom and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Linen, bed sheets and duvet covers are there for you to change as often as you wish.
The villa has one full modern designed bathroom and a second ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a washing machine, a drying machine, iron and ironing board.
