decorated. All bedrooms are fully airconditioned .On the first floor there are
4 bedrooms with double bed and 3 with single.Also, there are 5 bathrooms, one
with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation, and 4 with a stylish shower.
Guests will find a spacy open plan kitchen fully equipped for any meal
preparation by the seating area In the
same space youll find the large living room with one single sofa bed and smart
TV. On the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and
ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and one ensuite
bathroom with shower , theres also one extra bathroom with shower . You will
find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with
comfortable seating areas. In addition, theres a second cozy and welcoming
living area . Theres a free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors,
guests will find their private swimming pool with its sunbeds and parasols so
you can work on your tan under the rays of the Aegean sun. The surrounding area
is pretty inviting, theres a seating area and BBQ facilities so you can enjoy

Villa Nikoli is situated in Kolympia Village next to the Afantou Beach and Kolympia Beach. Guests will find the beach in a short distance of a 10-minute drive. Kolympia village has everything you might need such as shops, pharmacies, restaurants and car rentals. The location is quite convenient to explore all the east coastline of the island. You shouldnt miss visiting Anthony Quinn Beach which is quite popular for its beautiful landscape. Tsambika Beach is found in a distance of only a 12-minute drive. Tsambika Beach is very popular for its sand and the steep waters that are ideal for families and kids. Also, the valley of 7 springs and its tunnel are only a 8 minute drive away. At a distance of a 30-minute drive you will find the popular destination of the Old Town with its oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe. Lastly, you should visit Lindos Acropolis, which is found in a distance of a 30-minute drive; Lindos is the most beautiful archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches on the island, such as Saint Pauls beach. The airport of the island is situated about a 30-minute drive away from the villa.
