“I paid extra for a suite expecting a quieter, more premium experience, but unfortunately this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve stayed in.
My suite was on the ground floor with a terrace overlooks a construction site one side and a strip club the other, with construction noise throughout the day. “We booked a room for 4 people but when we got to the room only 1 bed was made up and there were only enough towels for 2 people. We had to go to reception to ask for more towels (we were given hand towel sized towels) and bedding for the sofa bed. After housekeeping came (after 2 nights) they made up the sofa bed properly with a mattress topper and proper bedding - it would have been nice for the reception to realise the room was not made up properly when we had to ask for additional towels and……
