“Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything……

“We got the twin room for our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our stay but it’s not a massive room. The balcony was lovely. Everything was clean and the cleaners came each day and gave fresh towels. They also provide beach towels which was really useful. The pool area was clean and a nice size and there was plenty of sun beds and the bar was a nice touch. The pool gets sun from 10:00- 18:00 each day. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. “I paid extra for a suite expecting a quieter, more premium experience, but unfortunately this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve stayed in. My suite was on the ground floor with a terrace overlooks a construction site one side and a strip club the other, with construction noise throughout the day.
