"I am trying to get my money back as the caravan we booked wasn’t on site and we didn’t go. It was a very upsetting weekend for me and my wife as we had to stay at home . I have been trying to get in touch since I had a phone call off the owner saying that he told you to take the advertisement down . So this is false advertising "

"The property was in a quiet area which suited me and the family, short walk to beach or Rhyl town which was welcome.The property was in good order clean and tidy."

"No contact with the owner prior to us getting to the property.Holiday cottages are very very poor and communication with them is terrible, dont even try as youll be disappointed. The property had a strong smell of dog and the windowz wete mouldy. Needs updating"
