Ribeauvillé Pet-friendly Hotel

"The hotel stay was very disappointing. We were on our way to our wedding and despite the fact that we told them so, they never congratulated (we were even wearing wedding t-shirts) and gave us a room facing a massive pipe. Terrible. We wished we chosen a different place that would have made more effort to make our wedding trip more special."

"This property is in close proximity to Ribeauville and Colmar. The outdoor pool is great. We love to stay here when we have the chance to be in Alsace."

"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4...

"Having the restaurant closed and the hotel locked when we arrived at 6:30 pm was a bit of a pain. We couldn’t get an answer from the number on the door and were about to leave and find another hotel when I found another number in my email that got a response. The place was fine otherwise."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but a "double" bed meant two very small twin beds push together. The beds also moved easily on the wood floor. They should have larger twin beds that can be covered with a mattress cover to have a king bed. And they should put non stick covers on the bed legs. The AC was good and refrigerator was handy, but a kettle and coffee cups would be nice. "
