Great views and location

Perfect location, beautiful view, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the room is a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms. My husband could barely fit in that shower and the doors didn’t lock correctly, so there was a lot of water on the floor after each shower.

Leider nicht den hohen Preis wert. Bemühte Mitarbeiter die immer nett waren. Allerdings ist die Zimmereinrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche für eine Person ab 180cm nicht tragbar und fast unmöglich für die Nutzung. Essen war ok, geht aber in den lokalen in nähren Umgebung deutlich besser. Parkplatz Gebühr mit 25€ am Tag grenzt an abzocke.

Not as good as expected

Wanted early check in but they made it difficult at reception .room was very small and bathroom also very small ..glad hadn't booked for any longer period .Breakfast ok but they charge for various cooked items which I think not fair .Position of hotel excellent but that's it's only plus in my opinion .Wouldn't return there .

Soggiornato una notte, hotel buono. Personale gentile cortese e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Unico neo abbiamo scelto una camera superior con vista mare, ma in realtà la vista era laterale. E la superior sembrava più una camera normale senza fronzoli.

Ci hanno dato una camera fronte mare, nonostante la vista della camera prenotata avrebbe dovuto essere solo vista mare parziale. Nonostante fossimo a fine stagione e con servizi ridotti il personale ha cercato di soddisfare le nostre richieste. Camere non nuovissime, ma assolutamente ok, e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti dal porto.

Très bel établissement en bord de mer

Un établissement très bien placé à 50 m de la plage de Riccione. Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Chambre avec vue mer extra. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel si vous aimez les soirées animées et faire du shopping.

Bel albergo, bella location

Ho soggiornato in quest’hotel con mia figlia e la sua amica. Siamo stati accolti molto bene, e nonostante fossimo in anticipo sull’orario del check-in, ci hanno dato la nostra camera subito. La camera al sesto piano, vista mare era molto spaziosa e comoda. Il terrazzino con vista sul mare davvero carino. La camera era ben arredata, credo ristrutturata da poco. Colazione buona, con tutte le accortezze del periodo covid. Comodissimo per la spiaggia, e nn lontanissimo dal centro. Direi soggiorno piacevolissimo, se dovessi tornare a Riccione, tornerei al Tiffany.

Un hôtel neuf et au confort 4 étoiles, au pied de plages tirées au cordeau. Son personnel est très professionnel, organisé, avenant et disponible. Le buffet est abondamment garni, matin, midi et soir et le chef cuisinier propose des menus fins et délicieux. Un très bel endroit accueillant où passer de très bonnes vacances. Nous y reviendrons.

Lati positivi: posizione fronte mare, gentilezza del personale, cucina, camera vista mare piano alto. Lati negativi: unico ascensore sia per gli ospiti che per il personale, che rende, a seconda degli orari, i tempi di attesa molto lunghi, mancanza di parcheggio e costo garage eccessivamente elevato.

La camera era al sesto e ultimo piano, e godeva di un ottima vista anche se in maniera parziale si vedeva il mare, silenziosa, unico piccolo appunto per un soggiorno di durata media, secondo me l’armadio e relativa cassettiera non sono sufficienti per due persone.

Buona struttura, poca attenzione al cliente

Struttura discreta anche se non da 4 stelle, pulita e Con un'ottima cucina. Devo segnalare la loro abitudine dell'overbooking: a metà soggiorno hanno cambiato camera e anziché darne una identica a quella prenotata ( tripla Executive) ci hanno dato una doppia con lettino. Camera ovviamente più piccola con pessimo accesso al terrazzo. Alla nostra richiesta di rimborso, non hanno voluto adeguare la tariffa prenotata a quella usufruito (dicevano che non erano in grado di quantificare la tariffa) . Hanno solo scontato una parte degli extra. Attenzione a prenotare e pagare in anticipo
