"Not a good stay at all. The guy at the check in desk was very friendly, but that's about where the good ended. We got there pretty late, and I didn't see much more in the area for lodging. The motel parking lot was full of people just wandering around (didn't bother me, but some others might be put off by this). The room was in horrible shape. I'll post a picture of the door itself if I can, but every door there I saw looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The carpet was very dirty. Lots of gaps in the walls and trim. The beds had holes burned I to the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Shower curtain was just barely hanging, shower floor was black, and looked like blood was all over the edge of the tub. Went down to try to move from that room, and couldn't get anyone to come to the window. I went back in and slept, but was out super early. Tried to talk to someone again, but nobody would come to the window. I have pretty low standards, because I only ever use a motel room for sleep, and a shower, but this one surprised even me.definitely don't recommend this to anyone, especially if you have kids. To leave on a good note, the AC worked great."

"This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. "

"The location was perfect. It was close to tons of good restaurants and only 5 mins from Berry college where my son was playing baseball. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We ate lunch at Berry College daily during the games and we went out to dinner at restaurants at night. The town of Berry was only about 10-15 minutes from the house and it had tons of cute shops, bars and restaurants. Having the washer and dryer at the house was nice to use to wash all of our laundry before we flew home. We didn’t need to use it but the house had a pack n play and some toys for babies and toddlers. I definitely will stay here again in the future if my son plays at Berry College again. "

"We visit Rome once a year for the concerts @ the forum river center. Perfect stay for a 3 day trip. Perfect little house close to everything. Very clean, very nice and responsive owners. 1930s house with a modern touch. WillDefinitely stay again! "
