“Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.”

“Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed dinner dining on the terrace next to the Elbe. Typical of many European hotels there is no A/C or fans but they are seldom needed. Bathroom was updated and……

“We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The sound-proof of room was ok, not so good though. Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 parking spaces behind the hotel. I have been told that I either pay extra charge to park my car in the hotel's garage or park on the street. This parking policy was not stated clearly when I made the……

“Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zum empfehlen.Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem die freundliche Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück mega lecker hervorragende Auswahl hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer auch sehr schön (hatten ein Superior Zimmer). Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder.”

“Tolles großes Komfort Appartement mit seperaten Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich und Küchenzeile. 2 Buslinien direkt vor der Haustür mit denen man in ca. 40 Minuten in Dresden ist. Und das alles für einen super Preis. Immer wieder gerne”

“離市中心有點遠，但介紹上說明會提供車位，第一次到德累斯頓的我們才選了這裡。房間有點舊，浴室很暗，枕頭扁平得仿如無物。 下午check in後就駕車到市中心遊玩，晚上九時左右返回酒店，發現酒店的戶外車位已滿了，於是向前枱小姐求助，她只冷冷地回應沒辦法，唯有泊進地下停車場，但要7 euro 一晚，兩個都是酒店的停車場，我不明白為何一個免費一個要付費，很古怪的政策；然後她建議我們可嘗試泊在附近的小街，但不保證會否被抄罰單！ 差不多的價錢其實可以租住市中心的酒店，而市中心附近街道的泊車位晚上反而是免費的，自駕遊的朋友可以留意一下，不用為了車位而租這間偏遠又沒賣點的酒店”

“到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验”

“The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. ”

“We had a fantastic stay here, it was just the relaxation we needed as we were walking the Malerweg. The spa areas are lovely and relaxing and the views from the sauna and relaxation areas are superb. We had the four course meal for dinner and the food was delicious. Great breakfast and a comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a night here. ”
