"Beautiful view. Peaceful and relaxing place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast with options for everyone. The only detail that could be improved is the sound isolation, I could hears my above neighbor steps."

"First of all, with the price I paid I don’t think it’s fair to put you on a room (214) where the construction was on going. You cannot see any view because the window was covered and since it’s covered there was no ventilation coming inside the room. I tried to open the window to get some air, but UNFORTUNATELY, my daughter suddenly had allergic reaction with the dust that I need to give her dose of epi pen. I hope the management should not use rooms that are affected with renovation cause it’s a big HEALTH HAZARD to guests. Also breakfast was very basic, again for the amount I paid I don’t think it’s reasonable. Front desk are not approachable as well."

The Hey Hotel

"The Hey Hotel is the perfect example of minimalist design that works. The rooms are appointed with a series of cubbies which at first give them the appearance of being sparse. Not so. Those cubbies kept us so organized during our 5 day stay. The bed is comfortable and shower was great. The breakfast options were generous and delicious. Fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, pastries, cereal, yogurt and pancakes were some of the options along with bacon, beans,and potatoes. Fresh made eggs available on request. The real star of the Hey Hotel for us however was the helpful front desk crew. So friendly and always on hand for conversation about where to hike and what to do. I would give this place 6 stars if I could."

"Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!! Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone! Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊"
