「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. 「Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason」

「The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.」
