The layout of 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 up a short flight of stairs provided adequate separation for differing bedtimes and needs. All the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint would be the bed on the main level is a bit hard and not real comfortable, but I think a padded mattress pad would solve that issue--we couldn't get the fireplace to work, but that was probably operator error!!
